The hotel offered an exceptionally good breakfast with biscuits, muffins and also gravy. The staff were all accommodating, excellent.

As business travelers, we were impressed with the extra clean blankets and towels provided upon request. The staff even went above and beyond by opening up the cereal bar when my 2-year-old son wanted breakfast. Wendy, one of the staff members, was particularly sweet and helpful. We were grateful for her understanding and satisfactory resolution. we had a great experience and will definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a fairly nice area, close enough to the outlet mall and Daikin facility, and Waller For Renaissance Festival. The pool was very clean and I had good drinks in the coffee bar. Not to mention that there was a free parking onsite.

Loved our impeccably clean room equipped with all the facilities as well as large bath. We walked everywhere, the location was good and unbeatable, in the middle of jackson.

The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep after a long day of Christmas activities. The hotel's location was convenient, with key attractions and amenities close by, making it easy to explore the area. Another advantage was the complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day and saved us money on dining out.

The pool overlooked the parking lot, which made me feel a bit uneasy about using it. It would have been nicer if there was a more private or scenic view.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Waller for a weekend getaway. The location was conveniently right off the interstate and perfect for my travel needs. The hotel had a large, secure parking lot which was a huge bonus, especially since it was free. The staff was incredibly helpful and made my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I appreciated the extra clean blankets and towels they provided. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a variety of hot food options and healthy choices. it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay there again when visiting Prairie View University.
